This gap coverage does not protect you in other tribunals, such as the work you do for clients in state or federal courts.

  • If you don’t already have malpractice insurance, our attorney/advocate malpractice insurance will cover you for the legal services you provide in Indian Country tribunals. But, our coverage does not protect you in other tribunals, such as the work you do for clients in state or federal courts.
